Cancellation

Please cancel your appointment as soon as you know you can’t make it. Reminders will be sent out in advance, please use the links to cancel or reschedule if necessary. Same day cancellations may incur a 25% fee to cover the time and effort put into showing up for your session where applicable. No call no shows will result in a 50% fee and a warning, with 2 consecutive NCNS resulting in being fired as a client. We understand that illness and emergencies happen, please let us know if your cancellation is due to illness or emergency so we can send good vibes your way and ensure that you don’t come back before your body is ready. 

Late Arrival

In the event you are late by more than 5 minutes, the full price of the scheduled session will still be due and we will give you the time remaining in your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to pay a late fee of 25% and to reschedule your appointment. 

Tipping

Tipping is never anticipated, expected, or required, but will be respectfully accepted if you decide to give one.
